Why is there a grey bar at the top of my client messages and job notifications?

The grey bar is appearing at the top of your client messages because you haven't completed filling out all your account information. First, navigate to Dashboard -> My Account. Make sure you complete the information. In particular, the company name should not be blank. The company name is the text that will show at the top of the emails inside that grey bar. Next, if you'd like, you can customize the coloring by navigating to the tab called 'Message Settings' on the My Account page. Now you can see the preview of the email header, and customize all the information and colors to your preferences. If you'd like an explanation on what all the fields do, you can learn more here.
