I want to schedule a job but the account isn’t showing up on the schedule page?

I created the client and the account for the job I want to schedule. But, when I go to the schedule page to schedule the job the account is missing from the drop-down.

Answer

Only accounts that have a status of 'Open' can be scheduled. This means that you need to ensure the account has this status. You can do that by navigating to the account and hitting edit. This may seem like extra work but it does wonders in terms of keeping on top of your accounts and schedule. For more information on account statuses, check out this question.
