What is the check box for ‘Include in average time date (routine visit)’ do?

  • Accounts
  • Jobs
  • Timing
On the job page, there is a checkbox that toggles whether or not it is a routine visit. What does it matter?

Answer

When Mowmo provides time estimates for jobs, it does so by calculating the average duration of jobs in the same account that has this checkbox checked. This means that if you have a job that wasn't routine (let's say something like a seeding), you can uncheck the checkbox to exclude that job from the average duration. This helps ensure the average Mowmo provides is the best guess as to how long a routine visit to that property will take.
