Each account can be configured to send just the right job notifications. These notifications are as follows:
  • Job Complete - When a job is completed, this notification is automatically sent out.
  • Job Reminder - This notification is sent manually, usually the day before a mow and is intended to inform/remind the client of the account (or whoever it concern) that they have a mow scheduled for tomorrow. These are helpful for catching conflicts before they happen.
On the edit account page, you can control whether the 'Job Complete' notifications are sent and if so to which email addresses. There are cases where this will be different from the primary email address of the account's client. There is also the ability to add custom email addresses for the recipients of the reminder notifications. Both of these notifications can be customized on the Message Templates page.
